Technicians
Salon Shoppe is capable of unlimited technicians or just one technician. Each technician has
one specialty, but unlimited abilities.
Technician Information
Besides the normal name and address information, Salon Shoppe tracks
technician specialties and abilities. Specialties are usually going to be hair,
nails, massage, etc. Then, although a tech might specialize in nails, they
may have the ability to do hair. It really depends on your shop how you set
up your specialties and abilities.
Technician Schedules
So it is easy to schedule your technicians, it is important to set up what days
and times they are available. This prevents scheduling mistakes.
Technician History
Each Item or service that is sold is tracked in history, and items that have a technician
attached or stored in a special technician totals file so you can see at a glance a summary of
information for each technician.
