Salon Shoppe Customers
It is very easy to add and find customers with Salon Shoppe. And, there is plenty of
information that Salon Shoppe tracks so you can market to each of your customers.
1. Adding Customers can be done on the fly... quickly!
When a new customers comes in, or wants to set up an appointment, Salon
Shoppe makes it quick and easy to add a customer right from the main
Point-of-Sale Screen.
2. Finding Customers is a piece of cake!
There is no reason to go through a bunch of screens just to find a customer.
You will be able to find a customer faster than software programs costing
thousands more. Simply bring up the customer lookup screen and start
typing their last name. As you type, the software will display the customers.
When you see the customer, just select them and you are ready to make appointments or
complete transactions. It is so simple that we sometimes have to explain it because nobody
believes it is that easy to find customers.
And, if you can’t find them by last name (perhaps they forgot it?), then you can always look
them up by their ID number, phone number, drivers license, or company name, in the same
easy manner as before.
But, if you still can’t find them, there is a search tool so you can search by anything else you
can think up. For instance, you want to find a customer that was in last week for an
appointment and they left something in your shop. Salon Shoppe will help you narrow it
down.
3. Customer Marketing and Research Tools are everywhere.
There are literally dozens of reports, graphs, and selection tools in Salon
Shoppe. You can see all the history of what a certain customer has
purchased or had done, when they did it, and even get a graph of the types
of items your customer purchases.
When you are ready to do some research, you can print top 40 or top 10 lists of customers.
(Perhaps you’d like to send them a post card or something.) You can query your customer
file and create Email or Mailing lists so you can target customers for a certain special you
are going to do.
The possibilites are endless. And Salon Shoppe has an Email Program built right in, so you
can email your customers easily. They will appreciate hearing from you!
