Salon Shoppe makes it very simple to schedule a customer and match them with a technician.
Appointment Scheduling made easy!
Because you will setup the hours a technician is available in the technician’s
screen ahead of time, when you go to book an appointment for a customer, you
simply select the technician and the date, then only the hours the technician is
available for that date will display. You can override by clicking on the filter
button if you happen to know the technician will be available that day anyway.
A Smart Appointment Form!
It is not only simple and easy, but the appointment form gives you some
nice options. The reminder feature allows your customers to be reminded
of their appointments by Email, Phone, or Text message on their cell
phone. You ask the customer once their preference on reminders, then
when you create an appointment, it uses those preferences (although you
can change them when you’re creating the appointment.
Reminders can be setup to be manual, which means the program will
notify you before it sends each reminder, or Automatic. With Automatic Reminders, The
program will send out Emails and Text Messages without your intervention. Also, because
we use the services of each Cell phone carrier called Email to SMS, there is no cost to you
when sending messages.

convenience. These include a weekly, daily, and daily horizontal. These screens let you
view appointments for all of your technicians at a glance.
The weekly schedule screen shows
all customer that have an appointment
for the week. If you highlight a customer
(or click on them), you can see exactly
what time, the technician, Appointment
type, and more.
This is a daily schedule screen
that shows all technicians and who
they have scheduled. Remember, if
you don’t like our colors, you can
make these screens any color that
is good for you.
Here is the horizontal daily
schedule screen. You can scroll
throughout the day and see how
busy each tech is at a glance.
All schedule screens have a
